You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

If you are using GOShare on behalf of a business, organization, event company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

GOShare provides tools that enable event organizers and guests to:

• Upload photos and videos.
• Share media through event galleries and albums.
• Display content on live digital walls.
• Access event media through links, QR codes, or other access methods.
• Manage and moderate uploaded content.
• Purchase subscription plans and storage services.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time.

Certain features require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep account credentials secure.
• Notify us of unauthorized account access.
• Be responsible for activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Event organizers may allow guests to upload content without creating a GOShare account.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload any content they submit.

Event organizers are responsible for distributing event links, gallery links, QR codes, and other access credentials to intended participants.

"User Content" means photos, videos, text, comments, media files, and other materials uploaded or submitted through the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant GOShare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Violates any law or regulation.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, malicious code, or harmful software.
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Contains unlawful pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• Violates privacy or publicity rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access if we believe content violates these Terms.

If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@goshco.in with sufficient information to investigate the claim. We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action.

GOShare may provide moderation tools for event organizers.

Event organizers are responsible for reviewing and managing content submitted to their events.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

Certain features require payment.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under our Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and related conditions are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

GOShare plans are one-time per-event purchases and do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again after your initial purchase unless you choose to purchase an additional plan.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access to the Services.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous storage, or error-free operation.

Users are encouraged to maintain backups of important content.

We may delete content, event data, or inactive accounts in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subscription plan limitations, applicable law, or published retention policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOShare, GOSHCo, and their affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Continued access creates security, legal, or operational risks.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, certain content and account information may remain in backups or archived systems for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
