Usage Policy

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all media uploaded to your digital wall, gallery, or shared album is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
2. GOShare is designed for collecting, sharing, and displaying event media. The Services are not intended to be used as a general-purpose cloud storage, backup, or file hosting service similar to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other storage platforms.
3. Plans advertised as "Unlimited" are subject to reasonable fair usage limits of up to 10,000 media uploads and 5,000 participantsper event. These limits are sufficient for the vast majority of events. If you expect your event to exceed these limits, please contact us and we'll work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
4. GOShare reserves the right to investigate excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating usage. Where necessary, we may restrict access, suspend events, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate this Fair Usage Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Where a violation is detected, GOShare will generally follow a warning → temporary suspension → permanent termination escalation path, except in cases of severe or repeated violations where immediate action may be taken without prior notice.
